Last week, the Montgomery Explorers hiking club set out from Meadowbrook Park (a.k.a. Candy Cane City) to venture into D.C.’s Rock Creek Park. Along the way, we stopped to see one of the original boundary stones set in 1792 to mark the District of Columbia and Maryland border.
As I prepare for my hike along the West Highland Way, I’ve been testing out my equipment and putting together short hiking videos of our trips. This is the first one I’ve published to YouTube.
Enjoy!
